This list of disambiguators exists for editors to list the disambiguators they are currently using for their stories and fan-fictional settings. This is so that other editors don't mistakenly use the same disambiguator.
Instructions
The table consists of two header cells - Disambiguator and Meaning. In the content cells representing the former, you are meant to place the disambiguators you are using. In the Meaning content cells, you place the full name of the disambiguator.
Full name disambiguators are not required to have an entry in the "Meaning" tab of the table. Instead, use the abbreviation "n/a".
Using these two scenarios, here's an example of how to list your disambiguators:
