The Currently named 魔法部 (Ministry of Magic), but historically known as the Jade Kingdom (玉王国), is the governing body of the magical community of the region known in the Wizarding world asChina, comprising current Nomaji Continental China and some annex regions. It's capital is located in Luoyang.
History
Founded in 230 CE, during the three kingdoms period. Currently under supervision of the Chinese government, both States are at a "secret cold war".

Relationships are almost non-existant with the Argentinian Council of Magic.
