Carina Narcissa Malfoy (b. 5 June, 1980) was a pureblood witch, the eldest daughter of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, the older twin sister of Cepheus Malfoy, and the older sister of Ceti and Cassiopeia Malfoy. She was known as the daughter of a Death Eater. Because she was a firstborn daughter and not a firstborn son, Lucius didn't see the importance of raising such a disgrace in his eyes. So he forced Narcissa to send her away to Narcissa's disowned sister, Andromeda Tonks.
Carina attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1991-1999 and was sorted into Gryffindor. After the Battle of Hogwarts, Carina went back to repeat her seventh year.

- Narcissa is derived from Narcissus, a beautiful but vain character in Greek mythology from which the term narcissism, which refers to vanity and elitism, is derived. The name can also be derived from the flower by the same name, also known as daffodil. The name of the plant may also be derived from the Greek word narkoa, "to numb", referring to its narcotic properties.
- Malfoy is derived from the French mal foi or mal foy, meaning bad faith or unfaithful.
- Longbottom is the name of one of the Hobbits' villages at the Shire, known for its best pipe-weed.
